Introduction
This plan has jurisdiction over land in unicorporated Bernalillo County and in the City of Albuquerque. Together, this area is refered to throughout the document as the "Albuquerque area."
Growth Development
Where we are as a community today is a benchmark for our choices in the future. This chapter provides an overview of anticipated demographic changes and trends within the area.
Vision
Having a common vision helps guide and inform City and County decision-making over time so that we move in the right direction to reach the future we want.
Plan Elements
These chapters include goals and policies for each topic that the Comp Plan covers.
Implementation
Over time, strategic decisions and the cumulative effects of our actions will move us closer to the Comp Plan vision. Working together, we can provide more viable options for people in terms of where and how we live and how we get around our community.
Appendix
