Elements - 2024 Update - ARCHIVE Draft

The ABC Comp Plan includes goals and policies for 10 core elements that impact the built and natural environment. Each element has a chapter devoted to seeing the City through that lens. The goals, policies and actions related to each element are based on the Comp Plan's six guiding principles: strong neighborhoods, mobility, economic vitality, equity, sustainability and community health.
