The vision developed by the community and presented in the Comp Plan must be consciously and carefully implemented. Over time, strategic decisions and the cumulative effects of our actions will move us closer to the Comp Plan vision. The Implementation Chapter of the Comp Plan lays out strategic actions and performance measures that will help us gauge the impact the Comp Plan is having on communities throughout the city and help guide future efforts and investment according to the guiding principles.
